I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with Adobe Firefly, particularly with the AI Generative Fill feature.

As a paying monthly subscriber to Adobe Firefly, I rely heavily on its functionalities for my projects. However, I have encountered a significant problem with the AI Generative Fill tool—it is not responding at all to my commands. Despite numerous attempts, the tool fails to generate the desired results, which greatly hampers my workflow and productivity.

I have tried troubleshooting the issue on my end, including restarting the application and ensuring that my software is up to date, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

Given the importance of this feature to my work, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help me regain access to the AI Generative Fill functionality.

This has been happening for over a week for me at least. It just keeps the original content instead of generating the actual fill desired. Even a simple background (like a desired extended wall) can't be copied by the generative fill. What is going on Photoshop? This for me is happening on the Web version.
