Issue with Credits Usage

Hello Adobe Support Team,

 

I purchased 750 credits, but I was only able to create two videos before my credits ran out. Each video was only 7 seconds long, yet all my credits were used up. I am not sure if this is correct, and I would like your assistance in resolving this issue.

 

Could you please help me understand why this happened and advise on the next steps?

Thank you for your message. 

 

The credits consumed is based on the model you use and the resolution. If is definitely possible to consume 750 credits in two generations.  This generation of a 5 second video is 2,250 credits:

 

As you can see in the image above, the number of credits you are about to consume in the video generation is listed to the left of the "Generate" button.
