Issue with Custom Model Training and Lost Trained Model
Hi Adobe Firefly Support,
I’m running into multiple issues with custom model training and would appreciate your help.
Last week, I successfully trained a custom model and spent around 500 credits on the training process. The model was available and usable initially, but now it has disappeared and is showing as “Draft” again, as if the training never completed. I would like to recover the trained model or restore the completed training state if possible.
Additionally, when attempting new training runs, I’m consistently getting an error message:
“Exceeded concurrency limit. Please try again later.”
Because of this, I currently cannot continue training new models either.
Could you please:

investigate why the previously trained model reverted to Draft mode
-
help restore the trained model if possible
-
check whether the consumed credits can be recovered if the training failed internally
-
investigate the concurrency limit/training issue on my account
