Issue with Firefly Service After Purchasing Extra Credits
Dear Adobe Support Team,
I recently purchased additional credits for your service, expecting seamless access to video generation. However, every time I attempt to generate a video, I encounter the following error:
"Firefly is unavailable. Firefly is at maximum capacity due to high demand. Please try again later."
I understand that high demand can lead to temporary service limitations, but as a paying customer, I find it unacceptable to be unable to access a service I have paid for. I would appreciate clarification on this issue and a resolution that ensures I can utilize the credits I purchased.
