Issues with firefly voiceover

Firefly voice-over reads English transcript differently. it was working fine until it started to read thus way that doesnt sound like english at all. Voice sample works fine. Changed voice samples,  language selected, reset, hard reset as suggested by gemini. Cleared browser cache, browser cookies nothing works.

      This likely isn’t your setup-since resets didn’t help, it’s probably a text/language parsing issue in Adobe Firefly.

      Try:
      Use plain text only (no formatting/symbols)
      Test with a simple sentence
      Create a new project
      Toggle language to English again

       If it still fails, it’s likely a Firefly backend bug/session issue, not user error.

        Tried all of the above, nothing worked. Tested with ‘hello, how are you’ - I still hear the same way with weird non-english sounding pronounciation
