It completely ignored my instructions. My scene required car to travel north east or from west to east.

The starting viewpoint for this scene should be exactly as that in ref image1 i.e. from the opposite bank of the river at a height, and observing vehicles on the road. The camera should follow the limo that is  moving in west-to-east north easterly direction. It passes the office building on its left and then some green vegetation (see ref image1).  Then it passes in front of the government buildings, to the left of the limo as seen in reference image2.  After passing the last government building, green fields come up and that's where the video should stop.  Do not add an any additional backgrounds except those seen in reference images.  Remember direction of travel is west-to-east not the other way round.
