It keeps telling me I'm out of credits, but I have 5 credits left

I am trying to generate an image. Or edit a previous image. Either way, it tells me I’m out of credits, but I am not out of credits.

How many credits does it need?

I believe credit use is different depending on the plan you are subscribed to, but I can’t think of anything that uses just five credits.
