• Which video feature are you using (Text to Video, Image to Video, Generate Video, etc.)?
• Does the prompt to purchase credits appear before generation starts, or after you submit the request?
• Are you using Adobe Firefly on the web, desktop, or mobile app?
• Have you recently switched plans, upgraded, or renewed your subscription?
