it will use credits and then not create anything going back to the main screen so i am loosing alot of credits, then it wont follow prompts like writing exact text in an image

i will write a prompt, it will use my credits and then take a while but no generation shows and its back to the main screen to generate an image while deducting my credits. When it finally creates an image there are issues following prompts like writing the exact text. There will be missing words, spelling and grammar issues and it will not fix it, just generate the same photo over and over while using my credits.
