i hit generate and nothing happens. i have enough credits but it still does not generate any video

You said you were generating video. Have you subscribed to one of the premium Firefly plans?

Could you please provide any example of what you are trying to generate with the prompts or images? 

 

Also make sure you have a stable internet connection, and you could also try deactivating any extensions in your browser that might interfere with the site.
