Ive used 800 credits for fire fly to create a video referenced to a upladed image and I would like to get 800 back.

I used the image sucker and asked it to create a lip sync of the scrip. The first wase real Asian man and the second was a real Caucasian man. I appreciate the effort but it wasted 800 credits. please return them to me. Thanks.

    Hey ​@kkpeel924 

    Lip Sync is a feature available w Enterprise accounts. You can manually do (kind of) this using FF video editing tools by moving the sound / dialogue to the desired locations in the play header.

    How credits are handled in Adobe Firefly:

    1. Credits are deducted IMMEDIATELY when you click Generate.
