j'ai utilisé l'upscale 4k puis 1k et encore 1k. Toutes les tentatives ont échoué (message d'erreur) mais les crédits ont été débité tout de meme

Upscaling finally worled after 4th trials. Failed 3 times with google chrome using file MP4. 
 

1st time upscale 4k failed : 360 credits used

2nd time upcale 1080 failed : 180 credits used

3rd time upcale 1080 failed : 180 credits used

4th time upscale 1080 successfull

i can not share file from my phone now but I can do it later if needed

Upscaling issues
Is it just with the upscaler? If you try another browser as a test, does it still fail? Chrome tends to work consistently.
