Kann keine Videos oder Bilder generieren

Hallo! Ich habe ein Problem: Ich kann seit heute morgen ca. 06:00 Uhr keine Videos oder Bilder mehr generieren, egal was für ein Referenzbild oder Prombt nehme, es kommt sofort die Meldung: “Da hat etwas nicht geklappt, versuche es später noch einmal!”

Ich habe ein Premium Abo und noch mehr als 50000 Credits

  • Cookies habe ich gelöscht
  • An und Abgmeldet
  • Ich habe mehr als genug Credits
  • Anderen Browser ausprobiert mit dem selben Ergebnis
  • Anderen PC verwendet mit dem gleichen Ergebnis
  • Anderes KI Model ausprobiert

Ich bitte um eine sehr schnelle Lösung dieses Problems. Sollte das Problem nach 3 Tagen nicht behoben sein, werde mein Abo leider kündigen müssen

    Wie bereits erwähnt, habe ich bereits alle Cookies gelöscht. Ich benutze Windows 11 als Betriebssystem und Microsoft Edge als Browser für Adobe Firefly. Werbeblocker sind nicht aktiviert. Der Fehler tritt beim Erstellen sowohl von Bildern als auch von Videos auf, unabhängig vom verwendeten KI-Modell. Der Fehler erscheint sofort, wenn ich versuche, das Bild oder Video zu generieren – es beginnt nicht einmal zu laden. Es passiert unabhängig davon, welchen Prompt ich benutze; zum Beispiel habe ich im Screenshot "Aufsteigerpferd auf dem Hof" als Prompt verwendet, und der Fehler erschien sofort.

    • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
    • Workflow Context:
      • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
      • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
      • The full prompt you were using.
      • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

    Other suggestions

    1. Disable any active VPN, ad-blockers, or strict firewall settings temporarily.
    2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies (see image below):

    As previously mentioned, I have already deleted all cookies. I am using Windows 11 as my operating system and Microsoft Edge as the browser for Adobe Firefly. No ad or VPN blockers are enabled. The error occurs when generating both images and videos, regardless of the AI ​​model used. The error appears immediately when I attempt to generate the image or video—it doesn't even start loading. It happens regardless of the prompt I use; for instance, in the screenshot, I used "Rearing Horse on the Farm" as the prompt, and the error appeared right away.

    I get that this is frustrating; especially when work or projects need to get done.

    since I was unable to replicate the issue, I am going to escalate this.
