I’m really sorry you’ve been seeing this message error, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you.
A model can show this error when the server is receiving more requests than it can process at that moment. When that happens, new generations are temporarily blocked, and the only immediate workaround is to try again later when the load is lower, or try another model.
Rest assured that this error is not linked to credits balance and it won’t affect them.
I’m escalating this to the product team so they’re aware of the repeated impact and can look into improving stability.
