keep getting "Something went wrong Please try again later." with image to video

Firefly pro user. it keeps happening randomly with no further context. this is ridiculous

Yes, I’m logged into the right account, as you can see from the previous screenshots. I still have 1,400 credits as a pro user, but after this I’m really not sure I’ll stay another month. This is just not reliable

Hi @ort21200926,

 

Are you logged into the account you purchased the Firefly premium plan on? The "Buy Now" button in the upper right seems to indicate the account you are logged into does not have a Firefly premium plan.

 

I was able to use your keyframes to generate videos...

Have you purchased a Firefly Pro plan (Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans)?  If so, which one?

Sure. The keyframes worked until yesterday, but today none of them work

Apologies for so many questions. Unfortunately, this error can mean different things and can be difficult to uncover the actual source.

 

Can you please do one more screen shot which includes your avatar at the top right.

 

It is also possible it is your keyframes. Can you please upload those so I can test them.

Can you please include a screen shot of the whole browser window with this error. If you are using a keyframe, please upload that so we can test that image.

 

What operating system and browser are you using and what are their version numbers?
