Keeps saying something went wrong...

Everytime I try to use Firefly it says:

'Something went wrong

This image produced an error. Please try again.'

 

It's not the written prompt, I used the same one last week and it worked fine. Have restarted my mac and also the software link but it keeps saying the same issue? I'm using a corporate account so we should be okay this side.

That error is generally a problem with the prompt or reference image, meaning it thinks they or the results after using them are not consistent with the generative AI guidelines. We can best help you if you can please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening.
• The full prompt you were using.
• If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those.

 

Also, try using Model 3 and see if that works.
