Hallo, ich wollte Firefly nutzen, habe ein Abo abgeschlossen, aber es werden keine Inhalte generiert. Wo ist der Fehler?

In addition to what @Kartika Rawat asked, can yuou also please provide:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
