Kling 3.0 doesn't work in firefly

I’m trying to generate videos in Firefly using the Kling 3.0 model, but it keeps failing even though my prompts do not include any violent, sexual, or inappropriate content.

The prompts are very simple — usually just describing the character, the action, and the camera shot — but I repeatedly get the following error message:

“Can’t load. We can’t display the generated video. You can edit and try again.”

When I use other models, such as Veo 3 Fast, the same kind of prompts generate without any issue. However, with Kling 3.0, the generation fails whether I write a very short prompt or a longer, more detailed one.

Sometimes, the video does generate successfully with a certain prompt, but I have not been able to figure out why that specific prompt works while others fail. I have spent several days trying different prompt styles, but the results feel inconsistent and unpredictable.

Is Kling 3.0 supposed to have very strict prompt limitations inside Firefly, or could this be a server-side or model-related error?

This issue makes it very difficult to use Kling 3.0 reliably within Firefly, even for normal, safe video generation prompts.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue.

Same issue and apparently it has been an issue for a month based on the other posts. I used it a bit over a month ago perfectly fine. I got one generation in last night then constant fails after. I wasted credits testing to see if anything work … Veo 3 fast … is just bad for most of my uses. Please get it working as I am wasting time and money and credits are going to waste that I paid for.

I generated one single clip fine with Kling … but everything after the first clip has issues with the same error message. Not enough time went buy for it to have tried to generate the clip. on the ones that are erroring. I had a few credits left on Kling directly and it is working fine on their end. This needs to be looked at and fixed. based on other posts looks like it has been an issue for a month before I last used it I presume and had no issues. I have credits/money going to waste, Veo 3 fast works as a test but the quality for that is pretty bad and unusable for most things. I been trying to get it to work with multiple attempts but nothing.

Hey @benfogg @nntva

Help us. Help you.
Something went wrong
A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.
>>Make sure to remove person details: email address, name... before posting<<
System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
Workflow Context:
• Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
• Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
• The full prompt you were using.
• Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Note: Here’s a useful article explaining the most common reasons that trigger the error you’ve been seeing

I’m using Generate Video with Kling 3.0 from a single still image. The image is a normal photograph and prompts are simple (e.g. “The man nods while listening. The other man gestures. Locked camera.”). The generation repeatedly fails or is rejected, even with extremely basic prompts. The same image and prompts work in other video-generation models, (VEO 3.1) and with Kling on another site, suggesting the issue is specific to the Firefly/Kling integration rather than the content. I’ve reduced the prompts to the simplest possible form and still cannot generate a result. Please investigate whether there is an issue with the Kling 3.0 implementation or moderation pipeline.

I am having the same issue. Kling 3.0 constantly returns “can’t load” error message. it does not matter what the prompt or image is. is this a known issue?
