Kling 3 video generations are not abiding the frame size and duration selectors

I get 5 second videos when I've selected 15 seconds, for example.  And 720P frames when I have selected 1080.  Can I get some sort of credits refund?  I've burned a lot of generations!

    Hey @editmonster666

Just to confirm. Kling is giving you the results you want in terms of  1080p? Just a bit confused…

Nope!  If you see the screenshot, the dimensions I get are 1286x720 (720P) even though I’d selected 1080P (should be approx 1920x1080).  The “current size” dimensions are strictly dependent on how big I have the window on my computer, not reflective of the actual pixels in the frame.

    Hey @editmonster666

Could you provide a screen recording of your workflow? and the results.I am unable to replicate the issue on my side.

Are you using Boards or the Web? The issue has been escalated to the developers and in the process of fixing the bug.

However, could you tell us how you are using Kling: Adobe Boards or on the Web App?

    Cheers

    Nate

I’m using Kling on a board (Boards) mostly.  Although I had the same issue going straight to “generate video” last night I believe.  Will test everything again today
