AI models still have problems with words, but there is workarounds.

I made a structure reference to force Firefly to understand the prompt. This is just an example to show what is possbile. Any questions give a holler and we will be happy to help.

You might want to use Text Effects in Adobe express. That allows you to use a prompt to create an effect applied to specific text you provide.

I was able to create the word "Holly" constructed with holly bush leaves:
