lost 400 credits

i just lost 400 credits because the veo 3.1 model is not working 

the google veo 3.1 keeps telling me its not available so when i spend 400 credits it goes back to my account but then i tried multiple times and same thing then i accidentlly clicked generate twice and when i canclled the second one , the 400 credits didin't go back to my balance and the second one failed and told me the model is not available and returned only 400 of the one that failed.

 but what about the one i canclled? it was about to fail anyway why

 cut 400 out of my balance ?!!

Thank you for your message. 

I am sorry you experienced this. Are you saying you accidentally hit generate twice, one you cancelled and it was not refunded and the second failed and it was refunded?

 

Credits are restored when a generation fails because of an error. They are not restored if you cancel the generation. You are better off letting the generation go to the end because if it fails you would then get a credit back for that generation.
