Lost Credits and Missing Images in Adobe Firefly

After generating my images using a reference composition that I uploaded, I used around 150 credits. Then, Adobe Firefly displayed an error message stating that some of the images couldn't be saved. Then, Firefly regenerated all the images without the reference composition I had uploaded and charged an additional 150 credits. As a result, my credits were used, and I am unable to download the initial images I generated.

I used Firefly Image 3 on a Mac laptop.

Thanks!

Hello @defaultq2h1atq4exdd,

This is going to be hard to diagnose after the fact. I have not heard of this specific problem before. If this happens again, please take as many screen shots as possible to show what is happening.

Can you please let me know what OS and browser you were using and the version numbers.  I can then ask for this to be looked into.

Thanks,

Hi Droopy,

Thanks for the quick reply. I was on the generation page and had uploaded a silhouette as a composition reference. A while into the image generation process, after I entered a new prompt, I received a pop-up message above the prompt field stating that some of the images couldn't be saved (unfortunatelly, I didn’t take a screenshot of the exact message). Then, all the generated images reloaded (approximately 600), but this time without the composition reference, resulting in more generic images based solely on the prompt used at the time.

Hello @defaultq2h1atq4exdd,

Thank you for your message.

What page were you on when this happened? The generation page? What were you doing when you received that error message?  When you say the images were regenerated, what does that mean? Was it like the page completely reloaded? You mention 150, does that mean you had 150 generations on the page (which would be 600 generated images)?

Thanks,
