Low fidelity in FireFly

Hello
I can't get the tool to improve the face of an old photo in a way that preserves the appearance, the physiognomy of the face. It always generates results from very different routes and even from other ethnicities. I've tried different settings and even different original photos, with different qualities, but the result is always unpredictable. Even though it says it's a photo of a 7-year-old English girl, it shows a 10-year-old Thai girl, and other types.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Firefly is not really the right tool for what you want to do. It does not perfect an existing image. It can create a new image from an original image with random probablistic changes, but that is not what you want.  Photoshop is really the tool you should be using for this.
