I get a white screen when I click generate under text effect

In the usual case, there should never have been any entries in this file for Adobe hosts and this file should not be edited.

But in case there was for any reason, this is the solution.

Go to: Macintosh HD/private/etc and clear the file "hosts". Delete all adobe entries.

I'm on Mac too and Firefly ain't fond of Safari.

I've had success with Chrome, FF, and Edge.
