Mijn vorige tegoeden die ik nog niet had gebruikt zijn niet opgeteld bij me nieuwe tegoeden, graag de vorige tegoeden erbij optellen ik betaal daar voor.

Thank you for your message. 

Credits are not retained cumulatively. The credit balance you have are available for use until the anniversary date of your plan (which can be seen on the accounts page). If you do not use all of the credits by your anniversary date, they are lost and your account is refreshed with a new set of credits.

Thanks for reaching out. The number of credits that are not exhausted by the end of the month does not get carried over to the next month.

Please check the FAQ for more details on the credits.
