Missing Credits

I only generated two 5 second videos. Each second cost 20 credits, thats 200 credits total. Why did adobe take all 500 of my credit for these two videos? I need my credits returned or I will cancel my subsciption asap.

Thanks for writing in. Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, however some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.
