Missing Gallery Submissions

All of my submissions went missing, which I cannot view the submissions associated with my account. I request that someone repairs my submissions page be done ASAP.  Please review the condition of the page then make any repairs to it. Please notify me when this is done.

why are the images i submited to the gallery not showing up?

when i choose view my submissions there are images there.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

There have been reports of this happening in the past and they reappear after a week or so.  I have not heard what causes this problem.

At least one person who was also experiencing this has reported that their gallery submissions have returned. Can you please check to see if that is the case for you?

Meine getätigten Bildeinreichungen sind nicht mehr aufrufbar und wurden wahrscheinlich gelöscht? Es heisst dann "Du hast nichts eingereicht!" Schaue ich jedoch die Inspirationen durch, finden ich unter meinem Accountnamen noch einige getätigten Uploads. Bitte meine ganzen Bildeinreichungen wieder herstellen. Danke.

I agree. A couple of days ago my Firefly Gallery Submissions page had completely vanished. It reads that I have no submissions when I do have them. However, the submissions gallery is there but it has been hidden from sight since I believe that this is an internal problem on my page that need to be immedately addressed. Since I'm unable to submit anymore of my work until this problem is properly rectified. So, could you please look into this.

I do not have the ability to look at your account as I am not an Adobe employee. I can tell you the problem you are describing is not happening to me and I have not seen any similar reports. So, it appears to be an isolated situation.  You might want to contact technical support. If this is a problem unique to your account, you are more likely to get specific support from them.

Droopy. I'm concerned that I'm not able to see my submissions. It happened a couple of days ago while I was working on some designs. However, I'm able to see my top submissions on the community page, but I cannot see anything when I view them on my account submission page. Please look into this issue on my account when you can.
