Monthly credits haven't refilled.

In a previous discussion I was assured my monthly credits would top up on payment day / subscription date. That was yesterday, payment was made but my account still shows zero!

@Chris Maddrell, I meant mostly people sending you private messages on this forum saying they work for Adobe and can help you and they ask for private information.

Thanks @droopydog500 , will do. Scammers?! How do I sort out real advice from rubbish. I've already altered my pc settings on advice from here. #scared
