My coworker runs the same prompt as I do, their gens get the red flag alerts, mine do not.

Firefly boards seems to be bias towards me and against another coworker. I run prompts, the same prompts as my coworker and it works, she does it and ALERT.

first off, I want to be able to click on the alert to get some detail, as is causes so much confusion, why, how to fix? nothing

Thanks for sharing this. I can understand how confusing and frustrating that must be, especially if the same prompt works for one user but triggers an alert for another.

To help us better understand what's happening, could you share a few additional details?

Are both of you using the same Adobe account type (Personal, Teams, Enterprise, etc.)?
What exactly are you using?
Does the alert appear immediately when your coworker enters the prompt, or after generating content?
Could you share the exact prompt (or a sample prompt) that works for you but triggers the alert for your coworker?
Is your coworker seeing the same issue with all prompts or only certain ones?
If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the alert message?

As a few troubleshooting steps, you may want to:

Refresh the browser and try again.
Test in a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window.
Clear browser cache and cookies.
Verify that both users are logged into the expected Adobe accounts and have the same product access.

Hello Tarun,
Thank you for your response.
1. both on enterprise on the same team
2. firefly boards, it doesnt seem to be specific to a certain model
3. there have been errors immediately prompting, but these are appearing after the image is generated
4. its not specific to the prompt (i can share exact prompt privately over email)
5. I uploaded a screengrab to show the board, you can see all of my coworkers generations because they have the red yield sign, there isn’t a way to click on the alert icon to get more info. My generations do not have any icons or alerts on them.

I can get the alert symbol to go away on my coworkers gens if I choose to upscale with topaz, but when my coworker tries the same steps to upscale with topaz and its still pinged with an alert icon. There is no message or indicator to give any information.

The only solve we’ve found is for my coworker to create and own their own board, when they do that and I try to make generations in her board I get the Red alert triangle on my generations.

This defeats the purpose of collaborating.

Refreshing the browser has no impact, clearing cache doesnt seem to either.

Testing for this report we both used the same prompt. My generation went through no alert, coworkers got an alert icon…

Please answer a few more questions below-

What happens when you click or hover over the red triangle?
Does it show a specific message or warning?
Is the icon appearing on all generations or only certain ones?
Are you and your coworker using the same model, prompt, and reference assets? If not, can you let us know the details of both?

I have also escalated the case internally for further investigation.
