My credits have been resetting on a weekly basis. I think they are supposed to reset on a monthly basis.

This is not a bug — it is working as intended, though it can be confusing when you have more than one plan that gives generative AI credits.

Each plan you subscribe to resets its credits independently on the anniversary date of that specific plan. Based on what you have described, it looks like your credits are coming from three separate plans:

- Your Firefly plan, which started on 2nd of the month, gives you 7,000 credits and will reset on 2 September
- Your Adobe Express plan, which appears to have started on 8th of the month, gives you 250 credits and reset on 8 August — which explains why your total jumped on that date
- A third allocation of 15 credits, which is likely a small free plan entitlement, appears to reset on 15 August

[Note: I do not have access to you account, this is just my best guess from the information you provided.]

So rather than one monthly reset, you are seeing three separate reset dates across three different plans. Each plan’s credits reset on its own anniversary date regardless of when your other plans reset.

One important thing to note: unused credits from any plan are lost when that plan resets. They do not carry over to the following month.
