My custom model has disappeared.

I built a custom model, used it, created images with it and now it’ has completely going. The images I created are still there but the model isn’t

      If you go to Custom Models and click on Model Inventory, do you see anything?

       

      Are you on an individual, teams, or enterprise plan?

      No, it says “No Custom Models”. I’m an ambassador so I should have full access to these features. accoridng to my membership I’m Adobe for Enterprise.
