My Firefly credits suddenly dropped to zero.

I had 1,050 credits just a moment ago, but now it’s showing zero even though I haven’t generated anything. Why did this happen?

@敏行29061849qnt7 videos depend on length and do deduct credits when using.

@敏行29061849qnt7 are you certain you are logged in with the same Adobe ID that the plan is associated with?

It's the same ID. I confirmed that the credits were reduced to 0 from the iPhone app as well. I initially confirmed 1000 credits, then subscribed on the Apple app, and it became 1750 (I don't know why it's this number). There are only 7 videos in the history. No other prompts were output during that time either.
