my generations do not download and are difficult to access in 'My Stuff'.

Trying to download a generation, the download never comes through.  Also, it is very difficult to access previous generations, they do no show up in generation history.

    Hey ​@Karrisa49 

     

    In cases like this there are several things that I do:
    1. Hit the refresh button.

    1. I would turn my computer off. and on and even my Wifi. Sometimes the Wifi provider does an update and things are slow.
    2. If I have multiple tabs of FF open close them all and start fresh.
