my generations do not download and are difficult to access in 'My Stuff'.

In cases like this there are several things that I do:
1. Hit the refresh button.

2. I would turn my computer off. and on and even my Wifi. Sometimes the Wifi provider does an update and things are slow.
3. If I have multiple tabs of FF open close them all and start fresh.
