My generations in Firefly kept on an endless loop, but my credits were taken, and no result came out from all of those generations

The image to video generations (any model) are stuck on an endless loop, even for hours and no results are generated, but the credits are taken away anyway. I lost all those credits, but no results in exchange.

    When you are in a loop/ “Bad seed” stop. There is no point in attempting to get a different result. I have done that many of times.
