My Monthly Generative AI Credits Do NOT Reset

Yesterday I was chatting with an agent about my generative AI credits. My annual plan was originally created on November 7, 2023, so I was told that my AI credits would reset to 100 today (the 7th of the month). They did not. I still only have 48 of 100 generative AI credits. My account is not refreshing.

I don't think that they have ever reset to 100. I believe this is a bug. As I am not getting monthly credits...they just keep depleting towards zero.
