• What happens when you try to generate a 30-second video? Do you receive an error message, processing failure, or does the generation simply not complete?
• Are you able to generate shorter videos successfully, or does the issue occur with all video lengths?
• Which browser and operating system are you using?
• Does the issue persist after trying in an Incognito/Private browsing window or a different browser?
