Thank you for your message. Are you on an enterprise plan or individual plan? What were you doing at the time you got the error message (what Firefly function were you using, such as text to image, generative fill, text to vector, or text to video)?

Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window with the error and ensure you avatar in the upper right corner is visible.
