No access still …

Hi! I am so excited to try Firefly and was sent the "you're in" email end of March but still have been asked to "request access". I've filled out all the requested forms to report the issue

and all the recommendations. My username and email is monica@ciaozen.com

I would really appreciate any help so much!

In my case it is already solved, after a few days after receiving the email that told me that I had access but it did not work, I received the same email again but this time I was able to access.

It seems as if they had sent by mistake the email notifying you that you have access when in fact they should have sent the one informing you that you are on the waiting list.

Same here. Recived the "you're in" email but when I click in the link to "Check out Adobe Firefly" I still see the Request Acces button on the https://firefly.adobe.com/ web.
