no edit feature in firefly

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

I am not sure I understand what is not working based on your image. If you clcik on "insert", "remove" or "expand" on the bottom, you should should then see this come up on the bottom:

What happens when you press one of those?
