If you are getting a blank screen and are on a Mac, hold <SHIFT> and press the reload button.  If that does not work, can you please reply with the following information:
• What Firefly function were you using? (text to image, text to vector, text to video, image to video, generative fill, audio/video translation, boards)
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
