No puedo ver cuantos creditos quenerativos tengo disponibles

Hola.

 

Intento saber cuantos creditos me quedan este mes de los 4000 que tengo con la subscripcion creative cloud, pero no me carga

 

Cómo puedo hacer para saber cuantos créditos tengo disponibles???

I know what was the problem...

 

If you are using firefox like me with ublock origins nowadays dosnt work. I mean you cant see the credits you have left. Be fore I saw it well, but not now...

 

Not a big deal indeed.

You are in the right spot. Could be a temporaty glitch? The team is preparing for Adobe Max.

I really appreciate your reply, but even signing out and signing in again, I cant see my credits. always appear the same message like in the image...

Iam trying some firefly assets, but I dont know how many credits I have left... This is not a good thing...

Thank you for your message. 

The "unable to load" is usually a temporary error. Try doing a hard reload of the page (hold <SHIFT> key down while reloading) or logging out and back in and see if the credits are listed then.
