No response when trying to translate audio

When I searched for video translation tools, one of the Google results was Adobe Firefly. I was immediately excited, since my company has the Adobe corporate plan. When I clicked on the Google result, an Adobe Firefly page opened asking me to upload the file to be translated and below it a sample video. After uploading the file, I am redirected to a page where I must select the original language of the video and the language for which a new translated video will be generated. After selecting the languages, I can wait a few minutes to read the transcript or I can just click generate. Clicking generate opens a small progress box that closes almost instantly and then I am redirected to the first page, the one where I am asked to upload the file. There is no download, no message, on the Firefly home page I see no mention of this video translation tool and perhaps the place where I could find the translation, which would be in the Files -> generation history tab, only contains images that I have generated at other times. The tool didn't work for me, but the worst part is that I simply have no idea why. So if I want to try something, I'll have to contact someone specific to my company, and I'll have to find out who that person is first, so that maybe they can contact Adobe and see what's going on.

Hi @Kartika Rawat, thanks for replying.
I'm using Google Chrome and no thumbnail was displayed on the Translate video and Translate audio page. My Generation History also shows nothing. I'm afraid I can't share the file as it is for work. Anything I can try?

Thanks,

Beth

Thanks for the info. Does it happen with a specific language?

Give us some time to check on this. Thanks for your patience

I just had exactly the same thing happen. Video was only 3 minutes long, one speaker, one language, everything as it should be. Would love a solve for this.

Hi @beth_6987!

Sorry about the trouble. Which browser are you using? Could you share a sample file with us to test? You'll be able to view your processed media. The file is displayed in a thumbnail on the page when you navigate back to Translate video and Translate audio.

Let us know. Happy to investigate.

Thanks,

^KR
