No Scroll Bars in Adobe Firefly settings window

Lately there have not been scroll bars in the settings window of adobe firefly text to image generators.  They were there this morning!  Where'd they go?

Are you using or have you enabled a pen and tablet or stylus?

This is ridiculous, $300 later and I literally have not been able to use Firefly for text to audio at all. No scroll bars and it isn’t a tablet device either. Adobe is basically using customers as beta testers. I am considering cancelling for a refund. It is useless. There are no scroll bars, no view options, and nothing in two separate browsers. Who works at Adobe that programs so poorly and allows it to be released to the public for sale? Adobe deserves all the criticism heaped upon them. Paying customers are not their beta tester guinea pigs.
