No sufficient credits for generate an image (not a video) with all app license.

I'm unable to click on the "generate" button for creating an image. I have the "all apps" license. When I click on "buy now" a message with "unsufficient credits" appears. I repeat: I want to create an IMAGE, not a video.

Hello @graficimira,

Thank you for your message. 

It looks like you are on an enterprise plan. Is that correct?  I am not familiar with all of the enterprise plans globally... Are you sure your enterprise plan has Firefly in it?  Have you been able to generate before?

 

Can you click on your avatar and show us the image that shows credits used/remaining?
