No video editing tools in Firefly work at all.

I simply receive a “something went wrong” error when using any Firefly video tool. Nothing works.

I’ve run into the same issue recently. Clearing the browser cache, trying an incognito window, or switching to a different browser didn’t completely solve it for me. While waiting for Adobe to fix the problem,  Hopefully the Firefly video tools are back to normal soon.

A Full Screenshot or short video: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

    • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
    • Workflow Context:
      • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
      • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
      • The full prompt you were using.
      • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Note: Here’s a useful article explaining the most common reasons that trigger the error you’ve been seeing.

I'm seeing the same issue. Every Firefly video tool ends up with a "Something went wrong" error, no matter which browser or device I try. Hopefully Adobe fixes it soon.

Sorry you're experiencing this. A generic "Something went wrong" error is often caused by browser cache issues, extensions, network restrictions, or temporary server-side problems. It might help to try an incognito window, disable browser extensions, clear your cache, or test in a different browser to see if the issue persists.

If none of the video editing tools in Adobe Firefly work, first verify your browser is supported and updated, disable extensions, clear cache, and sign out then back in. Also confirm your Adobe subscription includes video features. If the problem persists, try another browser or contact Adobe Support with error details.
