No video was created after several minutes waiting

I enter the text 

I select Firefly Video 

I select shot size: Long Shot

I select camera angle: High angle shot 

I select style: Cinematic

Then it started to loading after some minutes get stuck, then I open another tab and give a regular video created but the original tab was loading so I decided to refresh the tab and it continues loading and finally got nothing.

    Depending on the time of day and other factors, generation times vary. Simply wait. Keep the tab open. Let the generator render. Do something else. 

    Keep the tab open and let the model render.

    Credits are deducted IMMEDIATELY when you click Generate.

    Hitting generate multiple times burns unnecessary credits. If you get an error msg, you will get your credits back. However, closing and opening a new tab just wastes credits.
