No videos are generated on prompts

Firefly vertical video generation repeatedly fails after 1–2 attempts, while horizontal video works reliably

Description:

I am experiencing a repeatable issue with Adobe Firefly video generation. When generating vertical (portrait) videos, the first one or two generations work, but subsequent attempts fail and return an error. After this happens, Firefly sometimes starts returning static images instead of video, even though the prompt is unchanged.

This issue does not occur with horizontal (landscape) video generation, which continues to work reliably.

Key details:

• Issue occurs only with vertical / portrait video

• Happens after 1–2 successful generations

• Same prompt works again after waiting or refreshing

• Occurs with simple educational prompts (no copyrighted content)

• Horizontal videos with the same prompts do not fail

Steps to reproduce:

1. Generate a vertical video using Text to Video

2. Repeat the generation 2–3 times

3. Firefly returns an error or outputs images instead of video

Expected behavior:

Firefly should continue generating vertical videos consistently, or provide a clear error message explaining the limitation.

Actual behavior:

Video generation fails silently or returns images instead of video.
