Hello @marzial9953944,

 

The "you do not have access to this feature" generally is displayed to enterprise users who are trying to use Firefly video. Are you on an enterprise plan?  If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are not an enterprise user, have you purchased one of the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?
