None of my firefly generations have worked for perhaps the last week or longer

Every time I try to generate I get an error saying please try again later. This has persisted for at least a week. I can’t even see my generation history now.

Could you tell us more about what’s happening to your generation? Please share the model you're using along with the reference image if you have included any, that would be very helpful.
For your generation history, could you please go to https://www.adobe.com/files, then select 'Generation history' > 'All files' and check if you can find your past generations there?

Using the same model, prompt, and reference image, I was able to generate successfully. To help us narrow down the issue, could you confirm the following:

What resolution did you select?
Are the errors only happening when using the Firefly Image 5 model?
Have you tried generating through the Edit tab?
What is the exact file size of your reference image?

Once you have these details, please share them with us so we can investigate further.
