Subject: Firefly Video/Image Generation Not Working Despite Available Credits
Issue Description:
I am trying to generate images and videos using Adobe Firefly (https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image), but the generation is not working.
Details:
- I have sufficient generation credits available in my account.
- When I submit a prompt for image or video generation, the AI model fails to generate any output.
- No error message is clearly shown / OR (add specific error message here if you see one).
- This issue occurs consistently, not just once.
What I expected:
The AI model should generate the requested image/video output using my available credits, as it normally does.
What is actually happening:
The generation request does not complete, and no output (image or video) is produced, even though credits are being available/consumed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image
- Enter a prompt for image or video generation
- Click Generate
- Generation fails / does not produce output
Request:
Please look into this issue and let me know why the AI model is not generating output despite having active credits. Kindly resolve this at the earliest as it is affecting my work.
